You may be all "summitted" out, yes I just made that up. Don't judge! 🤣 But you want to be a part of this one. No fluff, just concentrated, highly intentional education presented by the best, brightest, and kindest business owners around.

Inclusion education has never been more accessible, more concentrated, and more powerful than this. We have the ability to leverage our businesses to build and sustain a world that's fair for all of us. Learn social justice concepts like you've never seen before in a space that's meant to grow you, not coddle or overwhelm you.

Snatch your ticket below before sales end Sunday, November 15th at 11:59 p.m. CT!

BUT WHAT'S WRONG WITH BEING AN ALLY?

So happy you're asking all the right questions.

The term "ally" has been so overused and overhyped that plenty of people of color and other marginalized people (including myself) roll their eyes at it. It very often turns into a performance instead of an actionable way of life so people are leaving the terminology behind.

In this cultural moment of 2020 we can't wait on another "ally" to get the gumption to do what's right. We need advocates who are building sustainable businesses so they can keep the change move forward.

Advocates get into action. They speak up. They don't back down. They lead with heart, empathy, and grace. This summit is designed to help you evolve away from passive overwhelm into active practice.

THAT MAKES SENSE BUT WHAT WILL I GET OUT OF THIS?

We love woo woo but we recognize you also need tangible items and outcomes like these:

  • COMMUNITY BUILDING

Aka networking. It's a surprise to me how much I miss it too! But there's nothing better than building community with people who are ushering real change into the world. Grab a deluxe ticket to get access to a select group of creative business owners who want to grow and connect.

  • HIGH VALUE EDUCATION

Most summits overwhelm you with heaps of information that you never revisit. We don't want that for you. This is a curated two days with day one being solely about the most frequently asked about social justice concepts: anti-racism, intersectionality. and queerphobia.

  • TRAINING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

It's not enough to learn a theory if you don't know how to practice it. Day Two is all about using the concepts from Day One and applying it practically to your business through operations, branding, and community building.

  • TOOLS & GUIDES

The things you need to be effective like the Ally to Advocate Terms Glossary will be emailed the weekend before the summit to get you prepared for advocacy. We're not adding the things you don't need. Because we're relying  on you becoming effective advocates not defeated allies.

  • ACTION ORIENTED MINDSET

The year has taken so much from us that it's easy to want to sit under the covers all the day. But we don't get that option. With this summit you will be able to manage the overwhelm while you keep moving forward to champion change.

As such, they went back to Las Vegas, Nevada. It was in Las Vegas where they had been enGAYged. It was in Las Vegas where they celebrated their wedding, surrounded by love. WOULDN'T IT BE LOVELY TO ACCESS THESE SESSIONS?

You're damn right! Grab your ticket now.

BUT WHY ME? WHY SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR THIS SUMMIT?

Chances are that you're here because you want to do better. You want to build an inclusive business. You feel a strong desire to step up and speak up in a way you never have before. This is the opportunity to get the support you desire with the accountability you need to keep moving forward. Here are a few other reasons:

  • Why not you?

We've seen far too much suffering this year. Far too much. It would be so easy to let ourselves off the hook and brush off the work of advocacy for some indefinite  time in the future. Who else has to suffer before you put your foot down?  What's it going to take for you to push past being uncomfortable to do the things you know are right, just, an good?

Because whether you know it or not your voice matters. You have a great capacity to influence others and make a difference. So why not you? Why not now?

  • You wouldn't be here if you had it figured out.

Let's be honest. If you had it all figured out when it came to anti-racism and inclusion, you wouldn't be here. Take what you don't know and get curious enough to learn. Start here.

  • Everybody needs somebody

The work can be grueling sometimes and you need folks around you who understand what it's like. We all need people and this is your opportunity to find yours.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Howdy!

  • SAVING THE BEST FOR LAST SINCE 1990 🤭

My name is Jordan Maney. I've been a wedding planner for over four years as the head of All The Days.

In the last six months I've helped heart-centered entrepreneurs shift how they relate to others and themselves to achieve maximum impact and liberation in their lives. I love both missions equally and I serve each with empathy, grace, and grit(s). *I'm from Texas don't judge me
    🤠

The idea for this event was born out of a painful situation. Deep in COVID-19 lockdown in June many Black Americans felt the ache of another lost son...and daughter...and son....and son. So many lives were lost that the social upheaval felt like a waking dream.

I spoke up. I spoke out. I was fully prepared to catch hell for it but was lovingly supported by a global community I didn't even know was available to me.

I don't want anyone else to feel that way.  So I built this summit so all equitable and progressive business owners could find one another, learn together, and grow together.

The world is better when we are.  So what are you waiting for?
